Lead the development and implementation of HR systems
Ensure appropriate JDs are in place for all the roles within the organization
Attract, retain & develop talent
Employee on boarding, Induction & joining formalities
Maintain employee records & personal files
Attendance & leave management
Manage disciplinary and grievance issues
Employee relationship & Welfare
Annual Performance Appraisals
HR MIS & Overtime reports
Payroll & timely statutory payments
Loans/Advances, Room rent, food allowances, travel arrangements
Death Claims & Full & final settlements
Monthly Invoicing
