Job Description :
- Plan & execute Manpower Recruitment & Selection process.
Liaison with Manpower Consultants & Unskilled manpower suppliers, Coordinate with the Client HODs , conduct interviews and ensure selection, update Head Office with Recruitment Status.
- Managing employee life cycle from Onboarding & Inductionto exit
- Maintaining Employee Personal recordsand producing as per requirement
- Develop and Implement HR systems and processes
- Training need identification for workers & Staffand arranging trainings as per requirement
- Setting up KRAs/KPI for all the employees at Site
- ConductingAnnual performance Appraisals
- Conducting Training and skill development programs
- Monthly Payroll & Statutory payments
- Managing Loans / Advances and recovery
- ManagingEmployee Relations & Welfarefor enhancing productive environment.
- To Implement HR Policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Making sound strategic decisions to advance organizational goals
- Actively participate in developing the MIPs and managing conflictsto develop team spiritamong the employees.
- Travel Arrangements
- Employee Safety. Ensure the use of PPEs and adherence to safety norms
- Special attention for Full & Final Settlements,InsuranceCovers and death claims if any.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance issues and ensuring discipline among the site MIPs and workers
- Building & Maintaining Relationship with Clients & Vendors and the key stakeholders
- Preparation and sharing MIS as per the requirement of the client and HO.
- Ensuring implementation of Monomark policies and arranging awareness of relevant client policies among the staff and workers
Candidate Profile :
10-12 years experience in HR of which Minimum 4 -5 years in a manufacturing company.
Any Graduate + MBA HR . Should have handled minimum 300- 500 Manpower . Thorough understanding of Statutory compliances, Payroll , Skill assessment , Employee relations and Talent Acquisition .
