Job Description :

Evaluating business opportunities to expand the business. Studying tender enquiries and making commercial offer for the projects.

Site evaluation, New Project execution, Provide feedback to the management for any required changes/corrections, site opportunities/constraints, etc of site.

Participating and negotiating the technical and commercial offers with clien

Recruitment of Workforce, Site MIP and Supporting the site team in site roll out.

 Supporting various sites in arranging the materials required for the site execution.

Monitor the site progress and arrange reviews with the management for timely completion and motivate.

 Driving the project sites to use Gantt Chart  for timely completion and optimizing the usage of resources and site expenditure

Overall leading the site coordination portfolio including site operations and achieving the desired goals.

To ensure needful statutory compliances and managing harmonious IR at all the project sites and coordinating for implementation HSE practices.

Working for end-to-end contract management practices, process and procedures for smooth site operations as per the client and industry requirements.

Resource Planning wrt Manpower, procurement of raw Materials, MHEs/ Cranes/Machines, spares, consumables etc in accordance with site available front, targets and work plan and ensure timely progress in terms of tonnage and productivity.

Managing good relationships with the clients. Follow ups for approved monthly billing as per PO and ensuring timely payments from the client.

Estimation for New Projects, Estimation- Prepare estimates for new projects & sites for greenfield & brownfield turnkey Projects.

Review drawings and execution of work according to drawings and guide the site team in case required.

Ensuring proper required documentation and producing as and when required. Attending regular review meetings and sharing MIS to the client as HO as and when required.
